Gillian is so great!  I am really enjoying working with her and Jazz is doing really well under her care.  It's hard for me to believe that Jazz was off-leash the whole time during their last walk.  For her, that's a huge step!  We are trying to be better leaders at home and, hopefully, things will start to come together.  Jazz is still quite nasty with people coming in the house but we're working on it.  I'm thrilled that I contacted your company.

While Benson can’t tell me what happens on his walks, I appreciate that Gillian takes the time when dropping him off to write a note and let me know how things went in terms of his behavior, health or anything else she deem noteworthy - it’s really appreciated. It's not that I don't have time to walk my dog, but for my own wellbeing and his, I think it's great to have him go socialize without me and to have a really good chance to run with some other dogs that, like him, just love to play. I feel confident with Gillian, and feel very comfortable giving her access to my home and my favorite little buddy. I know Benson loves the walks, and I'm glad I found a great, reliable service to love my dog as much as I do.

We are delighted with Gillian as I did not know how Tali would fair in a pack environment. Gillian's patience, consistency, and kindness has proven that you can teach an old dog new tricks; and that for Tali, having dog pals is way more fun than playing tug-a-leash alone! I would recommend you to anyone, already have, and wish you great success in the New Year. Though the economic challenges ahead may cause some to reprioritize that which is of great value, you will always be a necessity to us!

I just wanted to pass onto you and Gillian how happy I am with your daycare service. Gillian is great and Tony is loving it. I took Tony off leash yesterday and I was shocked at how well balanced and confidant he was.  There was no more crazy excitement-he was just happy to see new dogs!  He seemed to understand its okay to play but you need to stay focused on the leader which was me this time and he came every time and stayed close. It was great!!  His calmness also transferred to Penny and she was great as well. I was also much more relaxed and did not feel tense every time a dog came near Penny. I just can't thank you all enough. I am looking forward to spring time and sending Penny as well.  Thanks again Gillian and Hailey!

I have left my Great Dane Clyde with Hailey at BowDog - Calgary Dog Walkers twice while I have gone away for the weekend, and have felt confident that Hailey is providing Clyde with the best care possible. I feel confident with Hailey because I know that she has Great Danes herself, and is therefore very comfortable with big dogs. I also am aware that all of her staff are trained in pet first aid, so if anything were to happen, they would be well prepared to assess the situation appropriately. Additionally, Clyde is a little dog reactive, and I feel very confident that Hailey knows dog behavior well enough to deal with any issues should they arise.

My older dog's health began to fail one weekend while I was away and I know that Hailey did everything she could for my dog until I got home. Hailey was compassionate and helpful, and knew as well as I did that it was my older dog's time to go. Although, of course, I felt a little guilty for not being around the last weekend of my dog's life, I also felt that she couldn't have been in better hands than she was with Hailey when she needed it most.

I had peace of mind while we were away and knew that our “girls” and house were well taken care of with Charmane from Calgary Dog Walkers at the house. Excellent service that I highly recommend to anyone!

My name is Lulu and I’ve been walking with Hailey everyday for quite some time now. I have lots of fun and get lots of exercise. My owner says that I’m really well behaved when I come home because Hailey disciplines me like she would. Mom also likes that when she has to work late or hit the road I can spend the night at Hailey’s. I really like this because I have lots of fun at her house, and my mom is happy because she knows that I will be very well taken care of when I have sleepovers with Bruce and Charlie. I love Calgary Dog Walkers!

Rider is a high energy yellow lab, who when left at home alone can be a little mischievous (think of the infamous "Marley"). When he was a pup one of us would have to come home from work every day at lunch to play with him and to let him outside. This became a very time consuming activity. That’s when we found Calgary Dog Walkers! Rider loves the opportunity to meet up with his pack mates on a daily basis, and we love the fact that he gets to burn off pent up energy safely in a pack lead by an experienced dog walker! Calgary Dog Walkers definetly goes the extra mile by being well educated in pet safety and dog training techniques. Now the best part of our day is coming home after work to a more relaxed dog and to read the funny quips written by his dog walker related to that day's pack walk.

We have been using Hailey and Calgary Dog Walkers since we brought our little Coco home as a 9 week old pup in April of 2008.  As dog parents, it is by far THE best decision we have ever made for our dog and it's been worth every penny.  I truly believe it is because of Calgary Dog Walkers that Coco is so well socialized and well behaved for her age (although she's still temped to chew through the odd roll of toilet paper when she gets the chance)!  We recently returned home from our three week honeymoon, leaving Coco in Hailey's care.  While my husband was concerned that Coco wouldn't remember us, I was more concerned that she wouldn't want to come home and we'd have to pry her from Hailey's leg!  We received updates and pictures throughout her B&B stay and I'm pretty sure I can speak on her behalf and say that she LOVED it and had a blast!  Our Pack Leader, Gillian, leaves us great notes every day to read when we come home and we chuckle at the little stories of Coco's daily escapades.  Hailey is always available for any advice or support and I would definitely recommend her and Calgary Dog Walkers to anyone in need of her services!

Things with Dallas and TJ seem to be working out great.  Her notes left everyday really make me feel more at ease-I was a little unsure of how he would be off leash with someone else but Dallas says he listens great!  I also really appreciate that Dallas wipes off TJ if he's dirty so he doesn't track mud in-he usually gets pretty filthy when it's wet out!

Molly loved Charmane and tolerated Matthew!  It took her a couple of days to warm up to them but by the end she was sleeping with them!  I was very impressed with Charmane and she sure had the patience to deal with Molly.  Like I said she is a shy dog and doesn't warm up to people easily, especially men.  Charmane came over to drop off the house key and Molly was excited to see her, so I know all was well!  She also kept me informed via texts while we were on holidays so I felt better and could enjoy my vacation!  We will definitely be using you again!
